Measuring Space and Recording Places

Measuring Space and Recording Places was an After School Club run by Negar Taatizadeh and Kaye Song. Students explored tools for surveying a site, using analogue and digital scanning techniques including 3D scanning, drawing, photography, writing and on-site modelling. In each session students worked collaboratively to form a portrait of Hackney that tells the story of its layered history.

This after school club is part of STORE STORE BUILD, a small scale building project run as a series of free after school clubs in architecture, engineering, urban ecology and construction

This project was supported by the Ragdoll Foundation.
